Bleh

I'm feeling tired, cold and sad today, with nothing much to say. Here's a picture of my cat Mika instead. The red surface she's lying on is, in fact, my arm, clad in a fleece, which ought to add to the cuteness factor.

Comments:
Aw, everyone loves naptime :-) Think you might want to get a new jumper, unless you're willing to relinquish this one to Miss Mika ;-)

Thanks for sharing, and have a lovely day! :-)

She's adorable! My cat used to look like that, before he grew up and got into numerous fights with other cats, dogs, foxes and whatever else he could find... I hope Mika turns out better behaved than him!

Well, she tries to be a good girl, though the idea of not climbing every piece of upholstery in sight somehow bewilders her. Her pretty face is currently marred with a cut of mysterious provenance ... I can only assume she either fell off something, crashed into something, or pulled something down on top of herself. Those seem to be among her hobbies. But hopefully she will recover; the vet assures me that concussion is unlikely.

Mika is absolutely adorable, and reminds me of my pets at home. They're awaiting my return and I miss them greatly, so seeing such a cute picture really tugged at my heart.

I hope this isn't too out of place and doesn't break any rules, but here we go.
There's a very positive book review of Benighted that has many good things to say, and I thought you might like to take a look. Here's a link to the forum thread:

By far, it's one of the most enjoyable books I've read.
I thought you'd like to know, and this seemed the best way to tell you.
Thank you for the story, Kit.

Ooh! Now that's a really groovy set of comments. What a fine, fine collection of people on that thread. Thank you very much for recommending it and your kind words; it's put an enormous grin on my face. :-)
